For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. Itβs light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Yields one serving
30ml gin β opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc β a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake β a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
