The Covent Garden Hotel's Saketini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Yields one serving

30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
